Thank you to Junior Church for a wonderful Nativity Service which was held on Sunday 21st December.  The story was told of a young girl (played by Ffion) who didn’t think she believed in the true meaning of Christmas.  The narrator (Naomi) began by telling the story of Elizabeth and Zachariah and the birth of John the Baptist and of her relative, Mary, who was chosen by God  to be the mother of our Lord Jesus. There was the usual appearance of the Angel Gabriel (Daisy), the shepherds, Wise Men and angels. The story was told in a humorous but meaningful way which led to the young lady believing in the true story of Christmas.  Thanks to all those involved especially Emma who directed the whole event, the music group and Sancha who kept everyone under control and who along with her mum made beautiful Christmas stockings for all the children.  Of course the service ended with lots of chocolate for all the children provided by Jacqui’s mum Jean.  See the Gallery for more pictures.
